When trauma carves its way through your life, it feels like a wildfire—scorching dreams or an earthquake fracturing the very foundations of who you once were, uprooting certainties, leaving ash and debris where joy once grew. The idea that its impossible to heal trauma is an illusion, look at animals and how they eventually come back from deep trauma, that’s because nature knows how to heal itself, she self corrects and heals, the Earth, can also remember to heal through us, she is ancient and unyielding, she knows something you may have forgotten: even after the fiercest blaze, forests regrow. Seeds crack open in charred soil. Life persists, and you can too.
