OM is Equal to Earth's Natural Pulse
Realign with the Earth's Pulse & Combatting Geopathic Stress
The frequency of OM is 7.83 Hz, which is also known as the Schumann Resonance, the natural electromagnetic resonance of the Earth.
This frequency is significant because it aligns with the alpha/theta brainwave state, promoting relaxation and a sense of well-being and allows us to become realigned with the Earth’s Natural Pulse.
Chanting OM in meditation helps align the mind and body with this natural rhythm that our brains have evolved to, enhancing feelings of unity and peace.
The frequency of 7.83 Hz is inaudible to the human ear, as it is below the audible range of 20 Hz.
However, it can still be perceived and has been linked to various health benefits, such as improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and enhanced immune system function.
In Hinduism, OM is considered the first and foremost of all mantras, believed to contain all sounds and vibrations of the universe.
It is also associated with the third eye chakra, which is said to open up perceptual psychic abilities.
The Schumann Resonance has been observed to fluctuate, with recent data showing spikes up to 16.5 Hz, indicating potential shifts in human brainwave activity and possibly evolutionary changes. Although, these spiking and flatlining activities have been noted by observers more over the last 6 years due to the higher frequency installations of synthetic EMF with 5G & 6G
Through human evolution, our brain wave frequencies have been tuned by the specific frequencies of the Earth's electromagnetic field spectrum called Schumann's resonance as has every other animal species with a brain.
Lewis B. Hainsworth, was the first researcher to connect human brain waves with The Schumann Resonance, which usually reverberates at a frequency of 7.83 Hz and sometimes spikes in disrupted activity to over 100 Hz. With the Earth's energy firmament within the ionosphere, we are constantly being affected by these oscillating energies in the atmosphere around us everywhere.
